1. Introduction

Welcome to BuiltByCrew (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our website, services, or software (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

BuiltByCrew provides:

Lead generation campaigns

AI-driven SMS/voice qualification

Appointment booking automation

CRM workflows

Marketing and advertising support

Performance-based billing (Pay-Per-Appointment)

We do not provide boiler services, home improvement work, or in-person sales.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business and service area information

Maintain valid Gas Safe membership (if applicable)

Validate attendance for booked appointments

Follow UK GDPR and PECR rules for any data you export

Keep your payment method active and up-to-date

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay:

Setup fees (one-time, non-refundable after onboarding)

Pay-Per-Appointment fees (billed weekly unless otherwise stated)

Any agreed subscription or platform fees

Media/ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google

Invoices are due immediately upon receipt.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

5. Appointment Definition

A Qualified Booked Appointment is defined as:

A homeowner

In your service area

Actively requesting a boiler quote/boiler replacement

Booked through our system into your calendar

Attendance or sale outcome is not guaranteed.

6. No Refund Policy

Other than stated guarantees, all payments are final.
Setup fees are not refundable after onboarding is completed.

7. Guarantee (If Applicable)

If stated in your plan, we may offer:

Credit for unqualified appointments (tenant, wrong area, wrong service)

48-hour notice window to flag invalid leads

We do not credit:

Missed appointments caused by the contractor

Poor sales performance

Failure to respond to leads

8. Use of AI

BuiltByCrew uses AI tools (SMS/voice automation).
You agree to:

Allow automated messages to be sent on your behalf

Allow your data to be processed for the purpose of qualifying leads

We disclose AI usage to consumers where required by law.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data under UK GDPR and PECR.

10. Limitation of Liability

BuiltByCrew is not responsible for:

Appointment show rates

Sales closing performance

Errors caused by client CRM settings

Website downtime

Third-party advertising platform issues

Our liability is capped at the total amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.

11. Termination

You or we may terminate the service at any time.
Outstanding balances must be settled immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK and EU law.
